Your Next steps

Step 1

Schedule an Introductory Phone Call With Cullen

The first step is to schedule an introductory phone call with Exit Momentum to discuss the issues your business is facing and to see if EOS is right for you. No sales pitch, just a thoughtful conversation about your business. We call this the V/T/H Call and it generally takes between 15 to 30 minutes.

Step 2

90-Minute Meeting With Your Leadership Team

If we both determine that EOS would be a good fit for your business, the next step is to get you and your leadership team assembled for a meeting with Exit Momentum to discuss EOS in more specific detail. This is a free session to further explore EOS and make sure your team is ready to get on-board. Regardless of that decision, you will leave the call with at least 2 custom actionable items to implement.

Step 3

Focus Day - (Online Or In Person)

Once your leadership team is onboard, the next step is to kick off the journey that will teach your business the tools it needs to achieve vision, gain traction, and get healthy. This full day session (either in-person or virtual) sets the foundation for future Vision Building sessions and Quarterly Pulse Meetings. Exit Momentum will teach, coach, and facilitate your business through the entire process of implementing EOS
